I've worked for Rent.com, ThinkGeek, and my own company, Barefoot Software. My first YAPC was in 2011; I've given talks at one twice: once in 2013 and once in 2018. But my brilliant plan to give a talk every 5 years was foiled by the pandemic. Maybe I'll get back on track in 2028.
