Abuse can happen to anyone, at any time, for any reason, or no reason. The Board is implementing a new Standards of Conduct for events and spaces that are provided or supported by The Perl and Raku Foundation, to help build an atmosphere free of bullying, harassment, and abuse in our communities. Come learn why, how it works, and how the new Standards of Conduct will affect you.  TL;DR: For most people, it won't!
